The Sunflower Estie is a Fountain Pen Day 2021 limited edition item.

Van Gogh was a brilliant colorist, and it is documented that he only used three shades of yellow for his Sunflowers. It is the glorious harmony of these colors that is the inspiration for our newest limited edition Estie: The Sunflower.

The Journaling nib is a custom grind for Esterbrook by Gena Salorino of the Custom Nib Studio in Los Angeles. An apprentice to nibmeister John Mottishaw, this nib is described as a medium stub grind, based on the vintage Esterbrook 9314M nib. The idea is that its smooth and friendly enough for everyday use, gives your writing some flair, all without being too huge for practical writing.

A converter and 1 ink cartridge is included with this pen and comes housed in a luxurious fabric covered pen box.
