The New Wave Royal Blue is named after the guilloch waves that run along the entire barrel and cap. The effect is further enhanced in this model by the colored lacquers, which form an extraordinary contrast to the highly polished fittings. The whole thing is framed by a thread pattern, which is also created using the elaborate guilloch technique and can be found on the cone and grip sleeve. As with the other writing instruments from the BOSSERT&ERHARD brand, the New Wave Royal Blue features the brand-typical lettering on the cap ring.
